Dowway (08403): Chan Hei-seng appointed as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Dowway (08403) announced that, effective April 24, 2024, Mr. Chan Hei-seng has been appointed as Executive Director 

and Chief Executive Officer; and Mr. Lin Ming-seng has been appointed as Non-Executive Director.

In addition, the Group has been developing its online digital marketing business since 2022. To maintain sustainable 

growth and profitability, the Group will continue to diversify its business and customer base, enhance its digital service 

capabilities, and refine its services. With Mr. Chan Hei-seng joining the Company, leveraging his expertise and technical 

knowledge in digital marketing, the Company will accelerate the expansion and enhancement of its digital business development.
