Dowway (08403) announced that the board lot size for the company’s 

shares with a par value of USD 0.002, traded on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, will be 

changed from 20,000 shares to 4,000 shares, effective from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, August 16, 2024.
