Dowway completes the issuance of 4 million subscription shares

Dowway (08403) announced that all conditions set forth in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, 

and the subscription has been completed on June 24, 2024. The subscriber has successfully subscribed for

 all 4 million subscription shares at a subscription price of HKD 1 per share, in accordance with the terms 

and conditions of the subscription agreement entered into between the Company and the subscriber on June 3, 2024.
